These Terms of Use describe the terms and conditions regarding your access and use of the application and constitute your legally binding Agreement with the Company.
You can install the app on your Android device or/and iOS device.
Nema app content is generated by an artificial intelligence language model. While we strive for accuracy and quality, please note that the information provided may not be completely error-free or up-to-date. We recommend independently verifying the content and consulting professionals for specific advice or information. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the use or interpretation of this application content.
By using the application you expressly and unconditionally declare that you have read, understood and accepted that you are bound by this Agreement and its Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not use the application and access its content.
The Terms of Use are subject to unilateral modification by the Company, without prior notice. The amended Terms will be posted immediately and will be binding on you upon posting.
In the case of significant modifications, the Company will notify you in the appropriate way, depending on the case, such as, indicatively, by notification in the application and/or with an indication for your acceptance. Please read carefully any notice sent and/or posted. If you continue to use the service after the notification, it means that you accept all modifications of the Terms of Use.
All users of the application are distinguished as registered guests, that is, you need to log in to the application by creating an account through the company Google for Android devices and/or through the company Apple for iOS devices. The application is free to use for limited use, but requires purchase through the App Store & Google Play stores for extended use.
The Application and Content are the property of the Company or its licensors.
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable and royalty-free license to access and use the Application and its content. Access and use is only personal and non-commercial, and must be in accordance with the present Terms of Use.
The application and its content remain the property of the Company and its licensors and are not transferred to you, even after they are installed on your devices (mobile phones, tablets, etc.).
It is not permitted to transfer or in any way redistribute, exploit, publish, republish, download, reproduce, copy by mechanical or other means, with or without processing, transfer, transmit or make available to the public, part or all, of the application and/or its content.
You agree that you will not use the Application in an illegal manner or attempt to access it without authorization. Your collection or storage and/or processing of personal data of third parties without their express consent is strictly prohibited.
Decompilation of the software and/or in any way processing the source code and/or reverse engineering, disassembly, or creation of derivative works based on the application and/or its content is prohibited.
Any unauthorized intervention to invalidate or bypass the application’s security measures is prohibited and prosecuted according to law.
The trade name, trademarks and distinctive features used and posted on the application are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Under no circumstances are you granted the right to use the above Marks either for commercial or non-commercial use.
The publication of an electronic link to the application is permitted provided that it takes place in a legal and legitimate manner, is not misleading or intentionally harmful to the Company’s reputation, and is not intended to take unfair advantage of the Company’s reputation. Posting an electronic link in a manner that suggests some form of cooperation, approval or acceptance by the Company, when none exists, is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to revoke any license to use its application as a link, without prior notice.
You must comply with applicable law and not use the Application and/or its content illegally and/or abusively. You are responsible for any damage that may be caused by your illegal and/or abusive use of the application and/or its content.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to keep the application operational. Some technical problems, tasks, updates may sometimes lead to temporary interruption.
The Company does not guarantee that the operation of the application will be free of interruptions, errors or viruses or that any defects in the system will be corrected.
The Company is not responsible for the deletion or failure to store your content, communications and personal settings.
The Company at its sole discretion may from time to time modify features, functions or content available through the Application, without prior notice. The Company will not be liable to you or third parties for the above modifications and/or in case of change, suspension or discontinuance of the application. If you are not satisfied or do not want the above changes, then you can stop using the application.
The term of this Agreement begins with your first use of the application and ends with its termination either by you or by the Company.
This Agreement is terminated immediately upon deletion of the application from your devices and termination of use of all its services. Termination can take place at any time. The Company may limit, suspend or terminate this immediately and without charge, at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including in case of violation of any of the Terms of Use by you. In case of withdrawal of the application and/or its content, prior notice will be given.
The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for termination of the Application and/or termination of your use of the Application. Upon termination, you will cease to have access to any content (Company’s, your own, or third party’s).
The Company does not make any statement and does not guarantee the application and/or its Content. The Company makes every effort for the accuracy of its information, but in no case will it be responsible for any untrue, inaccurate or incomplete information that has been included in the application. The Application Content is for entertainment and not informational purposes, and you may not base your conduct on information contained therein. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you or third parties from the use of information included in the application. At the same time, the Company assumes no responsibility for the content of third parties, as analyzed above, any advertisements, promotions and/or services that may be offered by third parties through the application and is not responsible for any transaction between you and any third parties.
The application and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranty or condition of any kind. The Company makes no warranty of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
The Company does not provide any guarantee for the security of the application and its content from viruses or other programs that may cause harm. The Company is not responsible for any loss of data that may result from your failure to make proper use thereof.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release the Company from any claim, liability and/or demand you may have arising out of your use of the Application and/or Content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable civilly or criminally for any damage (positive, special or cumulative, which indicatively and not restrictively, disjunctively and/or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, data, lost profits, monetary satisfaction etc.) that you or a third party may suffer from a cause related to the operation or non-functioning and/or use of the application and/or its content and/or inability to provide services and/or information available from it.
The Company complies with the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data. For more information about the processing of your personal data, your rights and how to exercise them, you can visit the relevant website of the Company (Privacy Policy).
Activity that may infringe intellectual property rights is not tolerated by the Company. Upon any relevant notice from an intellectual property owner, the Company will remove any material from the application that we believe infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party by accessing it through the application.

These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law and laws of Greece and for any dispute arising from this contract, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts is defined.
The Company does not guarantee that the material in the application is suitable, legal, available for use in countries other than Greece. Those who wish to access or use the application outside of Greece are responsible for their compliance with the laws in force in their country, in case Greek law is not applicable.
If you are under 18 years of age you may not access and/or use the Application.
The above Terms together with the “Privacy Policy” bind the parties (you and the Company) as a whole and constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all prior and current agreements between you and the Company.
The Company may assign the Agreement and any of its rights and obligations under it. You may not assign the Agreement, in whole or in part, or transfer your rights under the Agreement to any third party.
By using the application you accept and agree to the Privacy Policy as well as to these Terms of Use.
