In the framework of the operation of the application “Nema” the Company Solutions Encodica Software Development O.E. processes the personal data it has collected from you, in accordance with the terms of applicable national legislation and European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
The application requires registration through your Google account for Android devices and/or Apple for iOS devices in order to function. The personal information collected through your registration is your registered name with these companies and your email address respectively. The above personal information is not shared with third parties and is used exclusively for the use of this application. We also collect data that is exclusively statistical in nature, such as traffic and time spent on the application. These data are kept anonymous and are not individualized per visitor. At the same time, during the application we may send you push notifications in order to inform you about various events and promotions.
We use Firebase (https://www.firebase.com/), a framework maintained by the Google subsidiary Firebase, through which we detect and manage the following functions in real time: detection of user behavior through Google Analytics; Track app crashes and their reasons through Firebase Crashlytics (see point 3). Forward notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (see point 4). Some Firebase services process personal data. In most cases, personal data is limited to so-called “presence identifiers”, which are provided with a time stamp. These “instance IDs” assigned by Firebase are unique and thus allow different events or processes to be linked. This data does not represent personally identifiable information about you, nor do we make efforts to further personalize it. We process aggregated data to analyze and optimize usage behavior, for example by evaluating bug reports. For all mentioned Firebase services, only anonymous or pseudonymous user data is transmitted to Firebase (Google). The app asks for your consent to receive notifications in order to receive useful updates. Your consent is optional.
The application can only be used by adults over 18 years of age.
These terms are subject to unilateral modification by the Company, without prior notice. The amended terms will be posted immediately and will be binding on you upon posting.
In the case of significant modifications, the Company will provide you with appropriate notice, depending on the case, such as, for example, with a visible notification or with an indication for your acceptance. Continued use of the application implies acceptance of the amended terms.
